Additionally, we will answer any questions you have and provide recommendations based on the trends we are observing.
Balance Sheet
We can provide you with a report that gives you a quick overview of your agency’s financial position at the end of each month. This report, also known as a “snapshot” report, includes information on everything that your agency owns, owes, and is owed. It’s called a balance sheet, and it helps you understand the current state of your agency’s finances. We’ll be happy to guide you through the balance sheet and help you interpret the information it provides about your agency’s financial health.
Overhead & Break Even Analysis
We conduct a thorough analysis of all the overheads in your business to identify any significant increases or decreases in the past month. This will help you understand and manage your costs better. Additionally, we will provide a breakeven analysis that shows you the amount of revenue required to cover both your fixed and variable expenses.
Cashflow Forecasting & Budgeting
We may not be able to see the future, but we have the next best thing – a cash flow forecast! We regularly update your cash flow and maintain a 12-month forward forecast of your cash flow, ensuring that you always have sufficient cash to meet your commitments in the future. If you use Xero or QuickBooks, we will provide this service via a user-friendly platform called Float.
